INJURY: Niki might be able to get hurt, but not Jessica. Due to the super human strength that she is blessed with, to not have regenerative powers would be silly. She would need them to be able to handle the stress of the pain from say punching through metal, breaking bones, and so on.
WIN/TIE/LOSE: With her you would probably lose unless you were enhanced in some of the same ways that she was, or had some abilities like her husband. He can put his hand through her chest and squeeze her heart, knocking her out for the count.
